from the same provider you mean ? yes you can , just make sure not to use the same proxy in multiple accounts.

You can buy proxies from different providers if you want, it’s up to you. Unless they have a minimum order policy.

For running 10 profiles, get mobile proxies from a marketplace seller and create 10 profiles in the antidetect browser with different proxies. Good luck.

it really depends in the proxy, if the proxy allow you to have different profiles or Ips per device you can use a single one but if the proxy only allow you one yeah you will have to use the proxy one device at the time, diconnect and reconnect the next device or account to the proxy with a new IP before connecting.
