Thing is I'm not using a tracker, and 99% of the time, the ctr and cr is dogshit

Will using a tracker like bemob, help me find the best targeting (os, device type, etc) and help me consistently make profits?

Tracking only helps if your traffic source is legit and not a bot spitting out rolladex of ipaddresses.
It all depends on traffic source.
