Hi guys,

I'm so confused and happy at the same time but please can an expert help me clarify this?

I just got invited to their Monetization Program

I posted only reels for real estate, no heavy pushing sales, no links in captions nothing.

I kept my reels informative and i always shown PRICES at the beginning and i did that for 9 months and i had no violation

I even got invited to their program now!

I want to know if i should continue to do this since they don't like AD like type posts, im wondering why i even got invited in the 1st place?

I'm reading about their policy for days now and i ended up cleaning all my page and creating reels that don't show prices.

I got invited by an automated system or it was a human touch? I mean i want to know if they checked my page and decided im good to go?

I had reels with over 2m views and 15m views combined and no violation nothing.

Thanks for any insights. I'm kinda stressed the f OUT!

LONG-STORY SHORT!

I just want to know if i should continue with the same format or no? Have in mind i had no violation and my page had a great engagement and growth but that was mostly because i showed the price of the property at the beginning and i created a story about it, still promoting the house to be sold.

Im in the real estate business so of course im selling houses with a price tag on it.

Im just confused about this invite to their Reels Monetization program, they invited me because i have 50k followers and over 15m views but the content it's basically and AD.

Now im afraid to post prices and i kinda feel funny about this.

I need your help since im managing other real estate companies and i don't want them to have problems because of the reels i'm creating.

Maybe i'm stuck in that too good to be true type of thing since i had NO violation and i actually made it into their program must be great news....but im concerned because im selling houses im just trying to create a story around this.

Thanks in advance

If you get a chance, try it out. Meta is currently monetizing through premium content and has information for monetizing through Stories.

What do you mean? I'm already in the program, my question is about the content not about the program itself.

Im trying to find out if reels with prices showcasing houses can be monetized or not! i don't want to wake up one day and find out that my account is restricted or anything.

And since i been invited while i was posting reels showcasing houses with prices, i would say Meta was fine with me but im not sure whats going on now that im in their creator program.

Congrats bro. Facebook’s monetization invites are mostly automated, based on engagement and policy compliance. Since you’ve had no violations, you’re likely in the clear. You can keep posting as before, but stay mindful of policies. Balancing informative vs. promotional content is key.

You've got invited randomly by their system. Not human hand. I've got 6 pages like that but not in your niche. Just make sure your content is original and your audio is original too. If you want to use music, use it directly from fb, the ones that they suggest. I don't think you're going to have problems by just continuing what you were doing.

If you get a chance, give it a try. Meta is now monetizing through premium content

Try it out if you have the opportunity. At the moment, Meta makes money from premium content and offers details on how to make money using Stories.

These bot accounts are a nightmare for reading half of posts... Don't mind them Gatti, you already know what you're doing.

You did well to hit 15 million views and get invited to monetize! The invitation system is usually automated, but if there are no violations, you're safe. If you're worried about policies, keep posting natural content and avoid making it look like a direct advertisement.

YES. But that means i should cut off the price and just present the houses

Thanks Albert. I already feel better about it. I'll start posting again

Thanks for replying. But what about links? Im safe posting links to properties in the top comment? i did that before and now if there is no link, people going crazy asking for more info, and that means i need to send each one of them the same link, and again...who knows what could happen these bots or humans will say im spamming links and push heavy to sell houses. Thats not the case. My reels feel like a story i just have to post the price and also an external link for the property

Facebook's monetization program is largely automated, based on engagement and compliance with policies. Since you haven't violated any rules, the chances of being penalized are slim. You can continue to post as you have, but always be mindful of the platform's policies and focus on balancing content and advertising.

Balancing it in between posts or in the same post? I post homes for sale, that's my business im into real estate. I can post few other type of reels here and there but my content it's just homes for sale. I always create a story behind every home, each reel has the perfect music on top and everything feels like a story even tho it's a house for sale. So im confused about this, maybe real estate businesses can't monetize since i always sell houses. I don't know.... if y'all say that chances are that im most likely to be invited automatically based on engagement and compliance, well maybe before being monetized i was ok with the policies, but now since im monetized, the policies are kinda different and those reels might not be ok with the monetization policy... so im thinking to at least cut the prices out, but then my community be like...ok? so whats the price? ok so? where is the link... and since i might hit another 2m views on a reel, and will be reviewed by some HUMAN lol, then they will say its promotional....I DONT FFFFin know LOL....

My business it's straight properties for sale. I post house after house after house after house.

Thanks for your reply, i need more info tho

I just want to make myself clear, i only had these results because i was following a format that worked the best. I knew what i was doing. The problem is this monetization thing which i would like to take advantage of... if i change my format i won't get these results.

It's either i continue what i'm doing and wait for them to check me manually or i change the format and i get depressed since now im getting nowhere near 20k views per reel which is depressing.

You’re doing great — clean, valuable content with no violations. The invite was likely automated based on your good performance. Keep it up, no need to stress!
