Is there any advice for engagement of a site?
recently what i do is, share it on social media. tiny apporach.
i would like to reach more people and what i want to do is telling then that my brand exist.

i want to gain CTR and approach for my site. but i stuck by only using social media. is there any advice for it ?

It sounds like you're seeking ways of traffic generation. Tons of ways.
At the same time, make sure your site is optimized for conversions. Otherwise, all the traffic in the world won't do you squat.

The number 1 position on any search query gets the most clicks. While ranking number 3 or anywhere top 10 is good, for keywords with not so much volume, you won't get much traffic.

Social media can drive a lot of traffic to your website. The thing is that, are you consistent? What type of content are you posting on social media that will make the users to be interested enough to click through to your website?

Engagement & SERPs CTRs are totally different things,
Engagement for SEO, basically the website UX stats (time on page, bounce rate, pages/user, etc...) are measured through Chrome visits,
That would need traffic, whatever the source, to get considerably overall good UX stats, that will make Google consider the page(s) as "helpful",
So, basically, traffic on its own won't help, you need Chrome (Mobile & Desktop) traffic, and users to engage with your website,

CTR is just the percentage of clicks compared to the total number of impressions,
It's usually the pages showing in the top 10 that will get most of the impressions & clicks, the higher the ranking the more clicks & CTR usually,
Mostly, you'll be only optimizing the title(s) and description(s) for that, as well as Schema for reviews, products, FAQs, videos, etc.. whenever suitable
