Does TikTok ban entire subnets?

I think TikTok banned all the IPs from the nearby cell tower because I spammed too much. If I go to another place in the city I have no issues, it’s just the 256 IPs I get from my home cell tower (they only use one subnet here because of small pop). Is my suspicion correct?

Could be something temporarely maybe thinking kind of a bot attack just banning and denying access to all IPs means people not accessing their services, is posible but more like a blacklisted or suspicious list but temporarely not definitive but moving is better since next time they will get you faster.

Yeah, totally, TikTok can totally block or restrict internet addresses (called IP subnets). It's not usually about singling out your home internet, but more like a big net they cast to catch widespread bad stuff.
