Looking for a high risk payment processor for non-Europeans & non-NA

I know this site is full of similar topics on this matter, but my case is a bit different.

I have been looking for a high risk payment processor that would accept me as a non European and a non North American.

I know a few like CCBill, EasyPayDirect - and I am aware that they accept UK/US registered companies for instance.

I can register a UK or a US company, but they also require the company director to be either an European or a North American (especially CCBill)


I am really interested in CCBill but this is becoming a big obstacle for me and my business


I have been looking for weeks and I really would appreciate any help. My niche is basically that I am a VPN provider. I believe that it's meant to be accepted by the normal low-risk processors like Stripe or PayPal, but they both banned me eventually.


I also tried Paddle and they banned me because I was generating an income that they considered "high risk"

For high-risk payment processing outside of Europe and North America, you might want to consider options like Payoneer, Stripe Atlas, or specialist processors like HighRisk Pay or eMerchantBroker. But be sure to check their services and fees to find the best option for your needs.

If you want to process in the EU, you wil want to have a European(EU based) payment agent, this can be arranged easily.

You can get the full package, nominee director, postbox address, the works.

But certainly, Stripe did not kick you out for nothing, something must have gona awfully wrong. Some people claim omnline theyre basically VPN providers but in reality they offer bullet proof servers, if you care, you can post your volumes, business, chargeback and rafund rates here or PM I suppose

You're not alone, a lot of people outside EU/US hit the same wall when trying to work with processors like CCBill or Paddle, especially in "borderline" niches like VPN.

That said, there are working setups that bypass this - with the right company structure and rep flow.

Have you tried looking into offshore payment processors like PayOp or Ikajo? They are known to accept businesses from various regions, including those outside of Europe and North America. Maybe they could work for your VPN business.

Financial consultant for high risk gateways and gambling industry insider here, listen up, a few words on PayOp and Ikajo, I know them very well, I know the Ikajo owners personally, even:

PayOp: Do not use their card gateways, just do not, infact the only one very good service they have is UK openbanking, there aint better out there for high risk industries, all the other products, forget it.

Ikajo: Does not do due dilligence on merchants before activating the MIDs and puts you on a MID with idiot merchants, the lifetime of a MID is 2 weeks and the money thats pending you can forget about it, I have personally dealt with cases where merchants are waiting for some money more than 18 months now, theyre not bad guys, but jesus christ, do not use them for card processing, they settle quick but its a matter of time until the MID blows up, we are talking mere days or weeks tops. They also try to settle from USA bank accounts as theyre based there and I have had the US goverment recall money from my merchants/clients iban account long after it settled, the PSP providing that account immediatelly terminated any business with my clients.

Mate, Stripe is double faced they do not do adult but if the money is right, they handle all payments for OF.

But other than that, they will be 100% compliant with regulations for small merchant.

A VISA infraction will cost 150k out of the blue sky, they will not risk such things for someone processing a few grand per month, OF bring them double or even tripple digit millions per month in revenue, so they look away.

Once the MID issuing bank intervenes, they will not be told what happened for 30 days(Stripe) and the bank will keep all the funds until the chargeback period is through, 180 days, then process the refunds, chargeback and pay the fine, usually out of pocket and not inform the small merchant. Guess why, because Stripe will be paying out of their own pocket, the small merchants with no idea about chargeback handling and prevention and traffic monitoring should consider themselves happy Stripe does not get in touch, they could claims tens of thousands of dollars in fines from you even after your fiunds get blocked.

Stripe is a crap company, but theyre not holding back your funds, this needs to be clarified.
