"Become A Fan To See" Page... How to create them ?

Hi, I don't manage to create a fan page like "become a fan to see the content"...

I put this in the FBML Section :

But it's not working... Please Help...

This has been posted millions of times here, do a little search. You will find more than you need

and test it may be you not added that part
