How can I understand it is real guest post not PBN post? please suggest me.

PBN means your link is placed on the homepage of other sites (the homepage of those sites might - and they almost always do - have backlinks to the sites of other people too...)

Guest posts are full articles that have only your links in them (sometimes, your guest post can also have internal links to other pages on the same site, but your guest post should never have links to other sites EVER! ... If they do, you are being tricked)

EDIT: ok, guest posts oftentimes do link out to other sites, but those are usually big authority sites like Wikipedia. (which is still not cool, but some sellers won't accept removing them, so you gotta know beforehand who your guest post is shared with)... But your guest post should - ideally - have only your links. And if it does happen that you'\ll share your guest posts with sites like Wikipedia at least ask the seller that your links are placed first on that page (positions 1-3). If the links to Wikipedia (or other big authority sites) are first (and especially if they are d0follow links) you are going to lose most of the power of that guest post, so you are getting scammed in a way...

Yeah, I have experience for guest post. PBN (Private Blog Network) Mostly i'm not using this. This is spam links mostly.
