Here's what I've done so far:

I used a new name and address, I used a different bank account that I had not used before <- different name from what I signed up for on eBay.

I used multilogin to remove fingerprint, I listed 1 item and I still got banned.

I also used a phone number, but it was a different country than my current location.

multilogin also was putting me in different states everytime I logged in, could this have increased suspicion from eBay?

After creating account, I wasn't banned. Do I wait to list an item? If so, how long do I wait?

Please share with what worked for you on making a new eBay account. I'm not looking to dropship or anything, I have physical products that I want to sell that I'll be shipping on my own.

Also, another question I have is - I got requested by Ebay to provide invoice of my inventory but I have not yet submitted the documentations. If I don't, would I get paid out from my last payout date in 90 days? My account is currently limited, and payout is disabled.

I used a new name and address, along with a different bank account that hadn't been used before, which had a different name from my eBay signup details.

Did you use your real ssn too? Or a made up ssn

eBay is very stick.

You need to have different details. Nothing should match, even the cookies, IP address etc.

If you cant, take help from your friends.
What about ssn and bank account?

ALL and when I say all , I mean ALL , info should be different, I'm not sure about the IP bans nowadays aswell

use all new information and new fingerprints and real IP and phone number

Using an antidetect browser to change the browser fingerprint is a reasonable approach. However, I noticed you didn't mention using a proxy to change your IP. Did you change your IP but forget to mention it?

Additionally, it's important to understand that an antidetect browser doesn't change the IP address. So, when you say that multilogin puts you in a different location, that doesn’t quite make sense to me.

I suggest you try combining a residential proxy with the antidetect browser. This method will help you create a new environment that isn't detectable by websites. As for being banned, there could be many reasons for that - perhaps the product you're listing or the proxy source, for example.

eBay anti fraud is very sticky nowadays. They suspend account for nothing even if you register on clean data

If your eBay account has been banned, creating new accounts to continue selling on the platform can be challenging, and you should be aware that it might violate eBay's Terms of Service if you don't follow the platform's guidelines.

Youll need a completely new identity. Use a static proxy to keep the same new ip for the long term.

proxies, anti-browser, clean email (not temp), and warm the account, by a couple items first. don't start posting immediately

i have to say, my account was banned back in 2020, i managed to log into a account i used to use to buy things way back in 2015 maybe or earlier and turned that into a seller account, its the same name and details for bank as the banned one, not the same address though and ive been selling for months now with no issue

Most likely you'll need to use completely new info. Name, email, IP (proxy on antidetect browser), different SSN, different bank account, etc.

multilogin is not good

and always ebay search the good information and match the credit records
