Which proxy is better for ebay?

For eBay, residential static (ISP) proxies are the better choice since rotating proxies can trigger security checks. IPRoyal and IPBurger are decent options, but SOAX and NetNut also offer reliable residential ISP proxies. The key is using clean, low-latency IPs from real ISPs to avoid detection.
Thank you very much for the response. This issue just started when the IP 147.75.33.147 that I specifically usually use on Hide My Ass disappeared from the app about a month ago. The location of the IP is the Netherlands (Amsterdam)

Hello, please. I need your assistance regarding my eBay account. I created an account with one of these non-reusable virtual numbers. Now, when I try to sign into my eBay account, it shows only the option to sign in by sending a code to the non-reusable number instead of sending the sign-in code to my email. What do I do, please?
Unless you speak to eBay there is no way around this.
You should buy a sim and keep it.
Obviously depending on which county you live in.

A residential proxy is best for eBay as it mimics real user behavior, reducing the risk of detection. Rotating proxies are ideal for managing multiple accounts safely.

Residential proxies are generally better for eBay as they provide real IP addresses linked to physical locations, reducing the risk of detection. Rotating residential proxies are ideal for managing multiple accounts safely.

I will recommend you Residential proxies. Because its working always good.

Here's a quick rundown:

Residential Static (ISP) Proxies vs. Residential Rotating Proxies
  • Residential Static (ISP) Proxies: These give you a consistent IP address from an Internet Service Provider. For eBay, this stability is often preferred, as it maintains a single IP per session, reducing the chances of triggering security checks.
  • Residential Rotating Proxies: These change IP addresses frequently. While this can be great for anonymity, on platforms like eBay, frequent IP changes might look suspicious and lead to account verification challenges.

Recommended Proxy Providers for eBay
  • IPRoyal: Known for its reliable residential proxies, it offers both rotating and static options. Users have reported positive experiences with their services.
  • IPBurger: This provider offers high-quality residential proxies tailored for platforms like eBay. Customers have praised their customer service and the effectiveness of their proxies.

I have this question about ebay proxies, am i supposed to use residential rotating proxies or residential static proxies (also known as ISP proxy)?
Also has anyone used a quality provider for ebay proxies that has worked for them that would like to reccomend? I've been told iproyal and ipburger are good for ebay
Smartproxy provider was best for me. I think static are best but I've used rotating ones without any issue too.

Have you ever tried working with rotating mobile proxies? I know they have a high added value. However, depending on your objective, they can be much better. But between the two you mentioned, I still believe that with residential proxies you can have more success.

Great question! When it comes to eBay proxies, you want to choose based on your use case, but here’s a quick rundown:

Residential rotating proxies are great if you're looking for anonymity and avoiding bans. They’re ideal for scaling up tasks like scraping listings or managing multiple eBay accounts because they rotate IPs automatically, making it harder for eBay to detect your activity. That said, they can sometimes be slower due to frequent IP changes.

On the other hand, residential static proxies (ISP proxies) offer a more stable IP and often perform better in terms of speed and consistency. This can be beneficial if you need more reliable access and aren’t doing something that requires frequent IP switching. Static proxies are good for long-term tasks where maintaining the same IP is key, like for managing a specific eBay account or handling customer service interactions.

As for providers, I’ve heard good things about both IPRoyal and IPBurger. They seem to have solid reputations in the community, especially for e-commerce and eBay. I’ve used IPRoyal before and found their service reliable. IPBurger is also known for offering high-quality proxies for eBay use. Both should work well, but it depends on the specific features you need, like speed, rotation frequency, or the ability to target specific locations.

What kind of tasks are you planning to use the proxies for? That can help narrow down which type might be better.

Well rotating resi can work wonders as long as you set an appropriate sticky time so that your proxy doesn't auto rotate.

For eBay, residential static proxies (ISP proxies) might work for a while, but they’re often reused and easier to trace, which can put your account at risk. If you’re aiming for stability and stealth, mobile rotating proxies are much safer. Their IPs rotate regularly and come from real mobile carriers, making them look organic and harder for eBay to flag. This helps avoid account links and keeps your setup clean, especially useful if you run multiple accounts or stealth operations.

residential proxy and ISP proxy is good for eBay. After purchasing these proxy, you should check its quality to ensure they are clean proxy
How do I ensure that the proxy is clean? My attempt at an eBay stealth account got banned because the proxy I used was not reliable and was probably previously shared with other users.

Where do you recommend getting mobile rotating proxy? Also, if the IP address is constantly changing won’t that in and of itself flag eBay as suspicious behavior? Maybe I’m not understanding how it works.
