I want to offload some of my old adsense sites and I didnt want to use flippa or any other services that cost for the simple fact that I want to sell them really cheap and there .info domains.

The only prob is I heard of a lot of ppl getting scammed on dp when selling sites. And I would like to know what precautions I need to take for that not to happen to me.

Thanx:)

Are they big ticket items?

The best way would be to use a middle-man like escrow.

Some people who use PayPal make the buyer do a chargeback and than cancel it so they can't do it again, but that doesn't make you look to good, so I wouldn't really do that, but its an option :/.

I wouldnt call them big ticket...maybe all 10 sites for $600 and I would be willing to do linking etc...for a month.

Thanks for the tips.

how much income of your old adsense site? if more a lot, then u should sell it on flippa. the easiest price to calculate on flippa is income (daily or monthly) x 10.

Flippa is really good site to sell website but the only thing i hate is listing fee...but if u have old website that already earn money consistently, then flippa is a great place to put on!

Flippas the best choice but if your not using it I ALWAYS use escrow.com
just to be safe. There are a lot of scammers out there so this keeps everyone honest.

Yeah you will probably get a lot more on Flippa even with the listing fee. I've seen some Adsense sites go for way more than 10-12x monthly revenue whereas DP you will be lucky to get like 5x monthly revenue.

Just somethin to think about....
