Recently, when I run ads on Facebook, the bid per message increased 5 or even 10 times. I tried creating a new campaign and reactivating the old campaign, but the results remained the same.

The bid for each Facebook message varies depending on many criteria. Compared to your previous campaign, have you changed any criteria?
For example, changes in: location, time, target, target audience (age, interests, ...)

Is it your pixel? have you checked it again

There are several potential reasons, including fatigue of your ad, bad creatives or too narrow target audience

Maybe because many of your vertical competitors are bidding higher than you to be displayed on Facebook ads. Optimize your campaign with more creative image + video content to make a good impression on users, the bid will be cheaper than your competitors.

This is a common problem that can have several causes, especially with recent updates to the Facebook algorithm. It is possible that your relevance score has dropped or that your advertising account is temporarily limited by the algorithm. If this is the case, we may have to consider creating a new account

This could be because your reach is narrowing and your costs are increasing. Check your ad policy objects to see if anything has changed. Update your content images to increase viewer engagement and interaction.

bid price per message is high you can check the distribution of geo-anthropological factors to see if it is narrowing your target range

Update your content visuals to increase viewer engagement and interaction. Avoid uninspired or boring content. Stupid seems to be the reasons I mean.

Today started better, yesterday CPM and mess were both high, Check your campaign further to see if the visual content is still attracting customers and change the post to be more effective.

Facebook bids can spike for a variety of reasons, including peak advertising seasons (like holidays or major events), changes to the delivery algorithm, or increased competition in your niche. If your bids are rising too quickly, your account or campaign may be experiencing a drop in Quality Score. Try checking your ad frequency, optimizing your targeting, and monitoring for any Meta updates that affect bidding.

Facebook bid spikes can be caused by competition in the auction, algorithm changes, or a loss of credibility for the account. If your costs are increasing unexpectedly, check your impressions, adjust your targeting, and monitor your account performance to determine the cause.

Your Facebook ad costs increasing 5-10x could be due to higher competition, audience fatigue, or lower ad relevance. Seasonal demand or aggressive competitor campaigns might be driving up bids. If your audience is too small or has seen your ads too often, engagement may drop, increasing costs. Low-quality scores from poor engagement or negative feedback can also impact bidding.

Maybe Facebook is updating its algorithm, but besides that you should review your images and content.

Additionally, using the wrong bidding strategy or optimization goal (e.g., Messages vs. Leads) could be affecting performance. To fix this, try broadening your audience, refreshing creatives, testing a different bidding strategy (like Cost Cap), and optimizing for engagement.

Increased competition, audience fatigue, or decreased ad relevancy could be the cause of your Facebook ad expenses going up five to ten times. Bids may be rising as a result of strong competing campaigns or seasonal demand. Engagement may decline and expenses may rise if your audience is too small or has seen your advertisements too frequently.

Bidding may also be impacted by low-quality scores resulting from inadequate participation or unfavorable comments. Performance may also be impacted by employing the incorrect bidding technique or optimization objective (such as messages vs. leads). Try expanding your audience, changing up your creatives, experimenting with a different bidding technique (such as Cost Cap), and optimizing for engagement to address this.
