UK Skilled Worker Visa - Hear Me Up

This is a 'make money' inquiry for the seller and ultimately for me so I think it belongs to this forum.​

I'm looking for a middleman it could be an agency or an individual to help me secure a visa sponsorship job offer in the UK. (This is considered blackhat but is NOT ILLEGAL). I know such agencies/people exist and I'm just lost. I've posted on different forums but kept getting approached by scammers. I'm not sure where I can post this and find the people who can help. My budget is decent and I'm not picky with the job.
PS: I'm looking for a legit job and willing to provide real value, whether low-skill job or jobs related to my areas of expertise. But the job contract needs to be legit from an eligible company. The position, again, doesn't matter.

Any resources, connections, or relevant information regarding this inquiry would be greatly appreciated!

I think you are walking into a scammer paradise here. People will say they have a job and even ask for a deposit and then just take your money.
Are there not legal way of you doing this?
I am from the U.K. and I know the government has cracked down a lot on this. Even the “fake” universities they are shutting down.

There are legal ways, indeed, but they’re extremely competitive. I’ve been applying non-stop, but I haven’t had any luck yet.
I’m doing this because I don’t want to put all my eggs in one basket. I actually found some helpful people and agencies before, but they just didn’t have positions I qualified for.

Any idea where I can find "fake" universities lol? I just want to take a look and see how they operate.

I'm from Tunisia.
My main areas of expertise are video production (including editing and filming) and digital marketing. That's what I've been doing for the last 4 years.
I also have some background in finance, but as I stated in my post, I'm pretty open to any position as long as there’s a way. I'm getting desperate, as you may have observed from my tone haha.

There's a 99% chance that you'll get scammed. If what you're saying is a thing then these companies must be operating stealthily. If anyone you know entered the UK this way, go through them and don't trust anyone online.

I'm aware of all the scams, and yes, I know some people who found opportunities through this route.
There are legit companies looking to sponsor workers, but competition is the main issue. Some agencies or middlemen can push you to the top of the list by having you pay a fee, giving you an unfair advantage over random applicants. But, as you said, the majority of these are scams, so I’ll have to be very careful!
