Outsourcing CMS

so... I have been wondering is there any kind of outsourcing CMS available... specifically designed to provide a interface for your workers and you so you can easily manage everything?? can someone help me on this matter?

What exactly do you want it to do. You might be able use Google Wave or Google Docs if you're outsourcing writing work.

well specifically I am outsourcing calls... so something like a web based system in which I can send numbers and everything and when they finish they put in what they have done all online and I can see it instantly

Ok so send a wave with all the numbers and information out to all your employees and they can all access it. Then once they have called a number have them put that down in the wave and you will be able to see their progress in real time and communicate with them easily. Basically a wave is a thing that anyone in the wave can add to and can be used for communication and collaboration. It's hard to explain but I think if you look into it you can get some real use out of it.

its as easy as drupal to install ( or wordpress if you've done that ). You can assign tasks to people, upload files, have task statuses (complete, under review, etc...).
