You can not remove the negative review.

But you can reach out to the reviewer and convince them to remove.

If you think the bad review is from the competitors or ex-employees, you may flag it to Google and they will investigate.

what are these companies that offer and even guarantee removals then? Just doing appeal process with Google and hoping for the best?
