What you can do is only wait.

What you can do is only wait.
do you have any idea for how long . also should i stop ads or i have to keep running them because the limit effect ad performance

I suggest you waiting until they increase your ad spend but you can also buy accounts with already high spending limit. Keep in mind that you have to keep spending until they increase your limit, it will take a few weeks or a whole month

This is spending limit applied to your account, will be lifted in few days of running, you don't need to know more, don't pause it

if is white hat and you do not have any problem with it you could ask google support to increase your daily limit if not wait but that one could take some time.

New Advertiser Limits

  • Google automatically limits new accounts to prevent fraud & risky spending.
  • The limit is often $10–20/day in the first few days/weeks.

you can use agency accounts

New Google Ads accounts often have a low daily spending limit. Try increasing trust by running low-budget campaigns for a few days, adding a verified payment method, and ensuring your billing info is solid. You can also contact Google Ads support to request a limit increase.

You need old ads account and that already warmed up. Try to spend this account that is already warmed up.

1. Use the old account or stabilize the placement for 3-7 days to establish consumption records.

2. Avoid frequent IP/device changes to reduce Google's risk.

3. Optimize the quality of ads, avoid low click rate ads, and improve the trust of the account.

4. If you are a newbie and need a high spending limit in the short term, you can consider a regular agency account.

I can give you just one piece of advice that will save you a lot of time — switch to aged accounts with previous spend. This way, you can set a daily budget of $300 on a relatively inexpensive account without the need for warming it up.

If you're having trouble getting a new Google Ads account to spend more than $10 a day, try gradually increasing the budget, optimizing ad quality, adjusting keyword bids, and refining targeting.
Use automated bidding strategies and make sure your account complies with Google's policies and passes ad reviews.
Check account activity and quality score, avoid any suspicious actions, or contact Google support for assistance.
These steps usually help lift the spending cap over time.

It is recommended that you try using old Google agency account, it will cost you more but it will really save you a lot of hassle.
