Starting a Small niche site - Advice

I have two sites that is broad and got hit with Google updates. I was thinking of creating a small site hyper focused on one part of a larger niche.

I found a good sub niche, high cpc and low competition.

Thing is, I was only able to find about 30 good keywords that I could write about.

Do you think this Is fine? If most of them rank, they will bring in good money because of the cpc but im hoping it's enough and also enough to get accepted to adsense.

My domain will also have the main keyword in it so writing about other topics might not be a good idea.

Yeah I was thinking the same but the competition is extremely low, there's literally no one really ranking for them. Also the cpc is high for most of them

Go for it then, you can like buy a broader domain name. Like cars instead of Honda civic.

Yes, you can go for it. You can focus on the broader niche of this sub niche in the future if you are interested in expanding it.

For AdSense acceptance, content quality, clarity of navigation and compliance with the rulesAdSense (no duplicate content, no sensitive content) are more important than the number of articles.If you start classifying these 30 keywords and attracting traffic, you can possibly expand the niche a little or add close variants.

Yes brand name is always better than generic niche name.

Yeah, 30 solid keywords can be enough if they rank well, but think about long-term growth. Adsense approval should be fine if the content is strong. Just make sure the niche isn’t too limiting—you might want some flexibility later.
