CapCut: how to change voice to one person talking?

is it possible to change one voice (for example robot effect) just to one person in an interview video 1 vs 1 ?

PS I have a capcut subscription... but I am open to use another tool if necessary

Don't think so.

Your best way would probably be to separate the audio, creating two tracks. One track for PERSON 1 and one for PERSON 2. Then apply the robot effect to the track of your choice. But, if the voices overlap, this method won’t work good.

Edit out when PERSON 1 / PERSON 2 is talking, then merge the edited parts into a single track. You'll then have two tracks, one for PERSON 1 and the other for PERSON 2. Then apply filter to the one you wish to do so.

how can I edit out when person1/person2 is talking? cant do it.

Try using the simple method of manually separating the voices of Person 1 and Person 2, then insert them back into the right spots according to the video frames. After that, replace the voice with a robotic tone or any other voice you want.
