I've been exploring tools to help with SEO and came across Ranker X. It seems powerful, but I'm wary of automated backlinking tools after a pretty disappointing experience with SEMrush, which didn’t go as planned.

Has anyone here used Ranker X? I’m interested to know if it carries any risks, especially regarding penalties or other negative impacts. Are there things to watch out for?

Any insights would be much appreciated!

Semrush and Rankerx are different kind of tools... semrush is fr analyze and rankerx for linkbuilding...

Stick to contextual links, add some manual links, and don't rely on it as your only strategy.

XRanker is good for building links to your 2.0 profiles.

X ranker the only time i have used it on tier 1 site is to automate 5-10 bookmarks for blog posts. That's it...

I am not sure why many say Ranker X is good for lower tiers and not for main tiers. I am not a huge fan of Ranker X due to its capability when compared with the price and the developers' lack of support. However, I am a heavy user of link-building tools. All my websites are built with automation tools, mainly GSA SER. What most people don’t understand is that automation is not something that makes you hurt or not; automation is just for automating what you are already doing or scaling up.

I am using automation for my money sites, Tier 1s, and all tiers. I don’t buy PBN links, I don’t outsource for so-called outsourcing, and I don’t purchase backlinks either. Every single link I build is 100% with tools. Since I own hundreds of websites, I don’t analyze my backlinks on SEMrush, and I don’t think SEMrush is accurate. For example, I accidentally ran a few campaigns for a brand-new website with GSA and Money Robot (I know Money Robot sucks as they target newbies, and it uses their own network; that’s the reason it doesn’t need any captchas, proxies, etc.). However, it does contain decent root domains, and since the trial is free, why not try it? But I accidentally switched my GSA and RX content with another project, and GSA blasted thousands of links. After a week, it was ranking for my main keyword, lol. And SEMrush shows those are dangerous.

Link dissolving, link removing, or link-building tools not working and PBN works :poop::D that awareness is built by some providers who offer those. I don’t think you should listen to SEMrush analytics and its worth. Just do clean backlinks with a good setup. Good anchor texts. Add some videos, unique images, unique content—not spun junk. If you are using GSA SER like me, use a high-quality verified link list (highly recommended). In your case, use RX with their T1 premium links, and the output will be nice. The most important part in ranking is that constant link building is a must.

I see a lot of posts on SEO being dead to link-building tools like GSA, Ranker X, Xrumer, etc., saying they build only bad links and they are bad for AI SEO, lol.

100% Agreeed!

If you want to dominate the niche you want just forget those bot advices specially from Google search console. Semrush is good for content analysis but dont listen to their school classy main stream ideas
