Hello I'm actively looking for LTE / 4G / 3G proxies provider that doesn't block any port.

Or maybe VPS / RDP with an integrated LTE connexion, I found one on blackhatworld in 2021 but it's closed now unfortunately..

You might want to check out services like AirProxy, ProxyGuys, or MobileHop—they offer LTE/4G proxies with open ports. For VPS with LTE, some providers on forums like Nulled or BlackHatWorld might still have options.

You need to post in Want to Buy section so people that are selling can send their offers.

the forum has many 4g sellers in proxy sales

There's also the point that port blocking can be enforced by the mobile operator, sometimes due to local legal requirements. Since the traffic ultimately flows through the mobile operator, this decision is under their control too.

That said, proxy providers themselves sometimes impose restrictions too. Whether it makes sense for the provider is debatable. In my opinion, blocking ports doesn’t really protect a proxy provider from black traffic, because, come on -- scamming can happen over any port. That’s exactly why we chose not to implement such restrictions. But I’d be really interested to hear alternative opinions from the provider’s perspective if anyone wants to share!

Check want to buy section mate, you should find what you looking for

What is your use case, why do you need all ports open?
I was thinking about sendming my 10k-50k of pure phishing mails, I don't know if it's a good idead but in fact it is

That's not a goog idea. Your mail will go to nowhere(smap folder is the best case). It's impossible to set up a "good" mailserver on the mobile ip - you won't be able to set PTR record.

Finding LTE/4G/3G proxies or VPS/RDP with integrated LTE that don’t block ports can be tricky, but here are some general tips:
  1. Check Proxy Providers: Look for providers specializing in mobile proxies, as they often support multiple ports.
  2. VPS/RDP with LTE: Some hosting services offer VPS/RDP with built-in LTE connections. You might need to dig into forums or communities for recommendations.
  3. Community Suggestions: Places like BlackHatWorld or Reddit often have threads discussing such services—worth searching for updated options.
  4. Custom Solutions: If you’re tech-savvy, consider setting up your own LTE gateway with a compatible modem and VPS.

You might have better luck with providers that offer mobile proxy solutions with full port access. Just be sure to check for real SIM-based connections.
