Suggest a good program that can post on 40+ Pages automatically

I would personally go with FFAP.

Dude, no script has been posted in this thread. I would definitely just swallow your pride and forget about the ban. By bringing it up (when it was warranted because you actually posted a script) will only increase your chances for another ban (quite possibly a permanent ban).
