Criteria For Using Different Domains To Send Emails

i want to send mass emails, they are not spam emails but targeted at specific websites that should be interested in something.
its not even selling something, i just want them interested in something, so its not over the top spam.

i have read on here that if you intend to do this then using other domains as well increases the amount of emails you can send without raising red flags etc.
(because it keeps the amount you are sending per domain lower)

so if i am going to get some other domains to send the emails from, what criteria do i need to apply ?


i.e. preferably registered for a while (let the domain age a bit)

warm up emails to get them to go in the inbox instead of spam folder.

have domains similar to the domain you want the potential customers to associate with, i.e. if you are wanting to get them to go to "flowerdelivery.com" then have
something like "deliveryoflowers.com" & "flowerdeliveryservices.com"

do they have to be registered with a different domain registrar ?

do they have to be on a different ip address & sent from a different ip address ?

do they have to be registered on a different day than the other ones ?

Different registrars are not necessary, but different IP addresses (or at least different subnets) will help. Ideally, use separate mail servers with proper SPF, DKIM, and DMARC settings.

If several domains are on the same registrar and the same sending IP address, there is a risk that spam filters will detect a mass sending pattern.For an advanced level of anonymization, use different registers.

i am going to put the email sending software on a windows vps (because its windows software), the actual new bought domains that the emails will be sent from can be on a different host, that is linux. just a very basic wordpress website, as the real domain is on a different host again.
when you are both talking about "IP address" , do you mean the "IP address" of the vps where the emails are sent from,
or the "IP address" that the new bought domains are on ? (on the linux server)

Create several email accounts on your domain and send from there.
I belive you can create 50 accounts per domain and make 250 sends per day from each one.
Just focus on the strength of the domain.

do you mean the things that make up a high score on https://www.mail-tester.com/

or do you mean domain authority etc ?
because the other domains im buying will have "zero" domain authority etc because im just getting them to send more emails.

Aged domains help, but warming them up is crucial. Different IPs and registrars can reduce footprints, but the key is proper SPF, DKIM, and DMARC setup. Also, rotate sending patterns to stay under the radar. Have you considered using an email-sending service?

im not going to use a service , im going to use letsextract for everything to do with the emails.

i read a load of stuff about this & i thought you were supposed to send consistent amounts of mail per domain, so it looks like a normal email account, as opposed to what might be conceived as sending quick blasts & then nothing, which might stick out ?
