Message i get when spamming group walls.

I manually spam facebook groups with add me and now im starting to get the message you can see above ^^ When i wait for a while then i don't see that message for a few groups and then it starts again. How long time time interval should i take between posting on group walls?

Same thing happen to me once. I was posting add me to fast on walls.

I think you should make min. 1 minute pause between posting "add me" on walls, and keep messages different as much you can, "add me please", "i want to make new friends, add me", etc.

post from diff accounts and make sure there is at lest 1 min gap for sure. and dont forget to use proxcies

You should definitely not be posting the same message to all of the groups over and over again. I would also suggest using a considerable pause in between group postings.

I second this. You should definitely be posting from different accounts. Once again, go with a considerable timeout in between group postings. moneyrocks could not have said it any better. When using multiple accounts, make sure you are using exclusive proxies! Tie each proxy to the same FB at all times! Do not tie the same proxy to any more than five FB accounts; if you want to be extra safe, do not tie the same proxy to any more than 2-3 accounts.
