I ordered a 200k package a while ago. I have received the log and all links had been placed. My site rose by 6 spots witihin one week, however only around 150 backlinks got indexed in that week nothing close to the 50% which is promised to be indexed after 2 weeks. Well one more week to go

hello guys sorry for not responding to you all.
i have lots of problems with my rack, i cant log into my servers.
sending more and more PM not gonna help me to give you the logs iv'e been busy with your orders setting up the posts and other stuff, but my servers is down, for now i cant take any orders.
i will contact all the guys who is already paid and ill refund each one who didnt get a service.
im truly sorry for any inconvenience
the ones who already got my services and claim to have any sort of problem i will continue to deal with them and do everything possible to get them the best results from this service.

I'm sorry to hear about your hardware issues. But I mailed you two times in the last few days and think I should get an answer. I have promised that I'll give the other users here a more detailed report and I wrote in my mail what's the problem (and I don't mean the indexing percentage). I've also sent you my own logs to be sure that the fault isn't at my side.
A short answer of an ETA (which you can hold) and if you are able to get this done would be nice.
For the others here: The log wasn't sorted and contained raw Xrumer logdata which I had to clean out (the comments) with a custom made script by myself. Then I checked it and from about 220'000 URL's (150'000 were promised due a delay for not holding the deadline) only 1430 contained my URL (checked with SB without proxy to be sure). The profile link log was empty and the OP told me he'll send it (but I still don't have it).
If you are able to get the work done as promised I'll give you the chance and the time, but no answer in such cases doesn't make a good impression.

I feel really sorry for these guys, when I first chatted to them they were most helpful but if they can't deliver they should refund immediatly and there will be no bad feelings.
My main concern with situations like this is the total lack of contact and I would suggest that if any supplier has a problem the least they should do is make contact with people who have paid them in good faith. That's not asking to much

I'm going on over two weeks now, no communication and no refund. I've send two emails and two PMs. Server problems does not mean avoiding communication and refunds!

hey guys, firstly its true i spoke with Mr bearman on the phone and i told him the same thing om gonna told you all i have a problem with my servers and now i also have problem with my paypal address paypal has limited my account so i cant do nothing,
please everyone who felt that his didnt got a service please open a dispute and cancel the payment youll get your money right away since my paypal is limited.
im truly sorry for all this inconvenience but i had the worst time ever now and i really ask you guys to try to understand me,
if anyone felt like his got scammed or anything like it please contact me and ill try to make it up to you guys just that you wont feel like this because i really tried to do something else here and to offer a service that never been offered here, i have a problem with my contract with my internet service provider and they kind block my access to my servers so i cant do nothing and i feel like hopeless, so again if anyone is feeling hurt or something like this please let me know and i really try to do something about this when i get my servers back.
