If you have them, go for Gmail. Even for spare accounts that's what I use. Not too sure about the longevity of accounts on Instagram made under the domains which is typically associated with bot accounts.

Do you verify gmails with phone numbers? I find that eventually it asks to verify with phone number. If I use a SMS site then I can't use the number again when it asks for it in the future if I change IP/Location/Device. Then you lose account if you can't verify this.

Using temporary emails are risky. always use Gmail, Outlook, Aol or Yahoo
