I am really having this issues lately. I have tried in using AI to check for explicit words and always check if it passes youtube ad suitability issues. Yet I'm always getting it. Even when I request for review, still always get it.

Oh no poor you.... Before anything, don't attempt submitting again, I repeat, do not attempt it.

The problem is not what you think

You’re not alone. YouTube’s ad suitability system is context-based, not just word-based. Even if AI says it’s clean, tone, topic, thumbnails, titles, and early seconds can still trigger limited ads. Reviews often confirm the algorithm, not override it.
Focus on safe topics, neutral wording, and avoiding sensitive context in the first 30–60 seconds.

To fix Ad Suitability issues, review and follow the platform’s content guidelines, avoid sensitive or controversial topics, use appropriate language, and enable ad-friendly settings. Regularly monitor analytics and adjust content to meet advertiser standards.

You have to review YouTube’s ad-friendly content guidelines and avoid sensitive topics, profanity, or controversial subjects.
Edit or remove videos that repeatedly trigger flags and ensure thumbnails/titles are compliant.
Enable manual review and appeal for affected videos, and focus on creating consistent, advertiser-safe content.

This can be so complicated and hard but try to work it out before submitting it again.
