Hitting a Wall with Cold Email Scaling – Any Workarounds?

Hey everyone, I have a massive list of email leads (about 1 million) and need to monetize them quickly by sending 20,000 cold emails per day to drive traffic to my casino. The challenge is figuring out how to scale my email sending effectively.

The most common advice I’ve received is to set up 40 domains with 5 senders each, running through Instantly.ai with 200 campaigns and 200 senders—each sending 100 emails daily. I’m in the process of setting this up, but it's becoming a major headache. Google’s phone verification limits are a serious roadblock—after creating 10 Google Workspace accounts, I’m completely stuck since each new account requires a unique phone number. It’s not just about the hassle anymore; I literally can’t create more accounts to connect to Instantly because Google flags me as a bot.

I’ve also tested scaling up send volume on a single well-warmed domain, but as soon as I hit 800 emails per day, the health score dropped and never recovered.

Is there a better way to reliably send 20k emails daily, or am I stuck with this approach? I also cant buy aged domains since I want them to be branded with my casino name. Any help would be massively appreciated!

You also will probably need more credit cards too. From my understanding you need to seed. And there are hard limits you need to follow which take a good amount of time. Like a few months before you can go hard.

yes but my problem isnt with actual sendouts, it is that I am simply unable to create to create the necessary amount of accounts to be able to send that many emails. I need 200 google workspace users so far I only have 70 and to create more users it asks for a unique number. i tried buying esims regular sims and nothing works

Really? I can create hundreds of accounts a day. So when you use the new numbers it bans them? What kind of sims are we talking? MVNO or? How do you make these accounts look real? Also what kind of devices are you using?

it is sims from georgia thats where I'm from. do you have a tutorial or something like that, that I can use to create accounts? i need 40 accounts attached to my domains on google workspace creating the other users is easy. Even a service where I can buy numbers for verification would be incredibly useful

Why not just setup your own e-mail servers?

I run my own and don't have the same limits as I would using third-party software.

Well the servers are not the problem It just simply wont let me create enough google workspace businesses for me to have sufficient amount of senders

Even a service where I can buy numbers for verification would be incredibly useful

Unfortunately I do not. It's been a long while since I had to source sims and or numbers and I can't share the setup we have I can say that it helps to have accounts that look real and also that from what I know you have to go very slow. Like almost 3 months before you can do anything crazy but that gets you like 600k going out.

Yeah, I would, but I want them to be branded for my casino. Recieving a casino offer from a domain that has a different name from the casino would arouse suspicion no? But just incase please link a trusted site where you buy your accounts from please

Yeah but they wont be branded and users will receive casino deposit offers from a domain named artisan candles or something. Where do you buy the google accounts?

I tried, but it doesn't work. Every number I get, Google tells me it's not usable since it has been used already. Maybe I am trying on low-quality sites. do you know any that will work?
