Does TwitterDub/TwitterAttacksPro still work well nowadays ?

I'm looking for a tool that allows me to connect dozens of accounts and have them post comments under specific trending tweets. Additionally, I need the ability to use other accounts to like and comment on these replies to push them to the top of the response section. The process should be fully automated and scalable to hundreds of accounts.
