You don't need a super fast connection if you can get the size of the videos under a MB

Just make the videos 1fps and use a good compresion.

yeah, but what if you want to upload tons of videos that are large in size 10-50MB, to multiple different accounts..

You can't use proxies, more than 1 user and everybody must use the same YouTube api key...

It sucks, but you can set titles/descriptions for each video individually, unlike in the YT advertiser (which is the best tool right now).
