RankerX not working with OpenAI

I have a valid OpenAI API key (rankerx status: Valid) but when I try to generate an article, it states success but doesn't do anything (image below):

I think you need to add at least some money to your OpenAI account (not ChatGPT) to remove rate limits. My account is working with OpenAI.

Check your OpenAI API limits, test the key manually using Postman or Python, and review RankerX logs for any 400/403 errors. If you're using GPT-4, try switching to GPT-3.5.

Yes, they will. I am using an indexer, it's 70-75% indexed

I am having this exact same issue, and when I goto openai.com with my login etc it says it has an error. But yet RankerX says it is valid so what gives??
