IG Reels, unable to scroll

I've been seeing those reels where they put some kind of sticker, which makes it so you can't scroll anymore.
Does anyone know how to do this ?

Bro, please check if your Instagram is updated to the latest version, Make sure Instagram has full access, including access to storage and internet.

You may try restart the app, check your internet connection, as above said update Instagram and clear the app cache to fix.

Yeah, if it's not out of date or something, try restarting it. Worse case, you gotta re-download the app since I didn't notice any issues with mine since either yesterday or today. Although FB app sometimes gets hiccups like that (you can't refresh your feed, black spaces where your other shortcuts should be, etc) so that might be the case. You still getting the issue?

They are adding this sticker to the reel, which makes it so you can't scroll past it and that boosts retention and engagement LOL

Usually those are ads that dissapear if you restart the app
