Looking for advice in working with reviews

SERM is as important nowadays as ever, Before deciding to buy a product or not, people are eager to google feedback about it.
We are looking to increase the number of positive reviews, however, if clients like the product, they are not passionate to leave a review for us.

Any advice?

give them 5-10$ girtcard to do it. This is Gray hat. Low risk. To be safe call them and offer gift card instead of email etc.
Buy reviews. This is black hat. High risk.

For some review sites, you need to have a business domain. I work in B2B, and most of our cliests have business email addresses. I do not know if someone has a business domain. If so, I am ready to pay $50 for 1 review!
But still, I have no idea how to find such people
Google, Trustpilot, etc. reviews are not interesting at this moment

I work with B2B. I sell software product, so it is 100 times harder to ask for a review. You have to ask for a review in 1 month or longer, to wait for people to use the software for a time and only after that, maybe they will leave a review. Just it is such a big challenge for b2b

The software could cost for few hundred or even thousands of dollars for 1 month, our clients are never interested in $10 gift cards. And we can not offer a discount, as it is too complicated on the legal side. As we first sign a contract for 1 year,.
