I don't, because I have noticed that CQS related subs get watched by people who like to report spam and OF accounts.

To me it feels like a way to catch people who are going to spam in future because most normal people won't check their CQS but marketers will.

However, if for some reason you really want to check CQS, a much better way is to make a subreddit and setup the automod code to do this (such as having it reply to all replies and mention the CQS score). Then you can private the subreddit or delete the posts afterwards.

How do you code an auto-mod to check CQS then return that value? What is the code syntax for this? Thinking of doing this to a private sub.

Thanks for getting back to me, i have nearly had all my accounts banned ahahha! could be i was doing too many upvotes or it could be bad proxies i was only using static residential ones. I have now got 2 real phones where i will be running 2 reddit accounts to make sure i get an understanding on if it was the proxies or my actions. Hopefully i can get a better understanding now knowing my IP wont be the issue. I need to still figure out a system that works properly. What Proxies do you run?

I don't think so.
I think it all has to do with your previous comment history on the account.

Even if it's 1 comment every 3 days during the lifetime of the account, it'll be fine because the history is consistent (of course, I only say that for those who don't look like a robot, like commenting on the same thing over and over again or commenting on simple things like awesome, pretty or even various imojis).

The guide is good but it won't help to avoid all ban cases.

What Reddit does to it's new users just insane. I know a photographer who just wanted to create a Reddit profile and post about his website and his business. Reddit banned his acc right away. I don't know any other social network with such a stupid spam filter.

i would like to add there is extensions in which you can mass delete your comments or posts, in case you made alot, and got banned. reddit might be able to uses you old comments posts against newer ones you made, also prevents other users from being nosey and responding to your comments you made months ago and going on a "reporting spree" i had that happened where months later you made a post and someone responded for some reason. also with reddits spam/bot filters, they heavily scrutinized any comments, and also which sub your commenting is important(controversial ones are more likely to auto-delete and ban you from the sub, and you can accidentally comment on the same banne dsub with a new one. those subs are very prone to banning a innocuous, or non violating comment, if the MODS are moody that day.

Thanks for your insights. In my experience, the key to maintaining a stable Reddit account is:

• 1) Start with Karma farming: Required to post in larger subreddits. Farm karma in non-spammy communities.
• 2) CQS (Contribution Quality Score): Needed so subreddit automods don’t remove your content.
• Account age: Helps avoid auto-bans. Around 30–60 days is usually enough. Spend the first days just scrolling and warming up the account. 1 -3 days is enough
• Changes: After a major change (e.g., bio or link), wait 24 hours before posting or comment again.
• IP: Always switch IPs befor entering a new acc to prevent bans.

That’s basically all you need to keep an account stable and clean from bans.

No, because it's a tool specific to Reddit. Just to be safe, you can create a method or use a good one, and I've never seen CQS, but that way you run the risk of being banned without warning.

Warmup itself isn’t magic - behavior consistency is. I spin fresh Reddit accs + post day 0 sometimes, but only if stack is clean: mobile or good resi, unique fingerprint, no reused sessions, no trash subs. Biggest ban trigger I see isn’t lack of warmup, it’s patterns - same comment style, same subs, same timing, over-upvoting looks way more botty than posting early. CQS checking subs are bait tbh, better to assume score exists + just behave like a normal human with slightly uneven activity.
