How great do you think the recent TON development would be ?

I’m sure i wasn’t the only one who came across the news that TON gave some projects the deadline to move away from Telegram, if they won’t be launching on it.

Personally, i saw it as a good development to shuffle out the bad eggs on TG, we all saw most projects diverted from TON when listing was approaching…some went too far by demanding TON and telegram stars from users, it was very infuriating to see such things happening then.

It was great seeing projects such as Zoo stand its ground. Today, i came across the news on twitter that it’ll finally launch on the blockchain, also i was suprised to find out it’s backed by Elon Musk and will be listed on Bitget candy bomb. I’d say this is good turn out for the blockchain especially after facing lots of backlash from the community. What do you think about this recent development ?

But i think with this step it finally took, the table might turn around soon. It still has room for growth though

I agree the turn out was a good one…when i saw the announcement i literally thought it was long overdue because those projects have really done a lot of damage to the blockchain. I just saw the ZOO project you mentioned was listed on Bitget, i might use the candy bomb event to my advantage and hopefully we get to see more positive happenings on TON, i keep track and get info of the ecosystem from here (https://www.reddit.com/r/TonDiscussion/s/PLszgQmiHY )
The blockchain still has potential but needs stability and thorough regulation to unlock it.

What step did they take? TON is definitely undervalued and not enough builders, I believe some Ulta utilities project could get it started and put it back to the limelight. For what OP mentioned Zoo, it went live yesterday and here's some activities on the project

The step it took was filtering out projects that use Telegram as a means to extort users and with no intention to launch on Ton by giving deadline to move away from telegram. I agree great utility projects can bring it back to lime light.
