Instantly replace for bulk emailing

Hello, I'm currently using Instantly.

While I'm experiencing good open rates and other positive metrics, my campaign is extending too long.
Additionally, I have to mention that I'm managing over 40 emails.
As it stands, my campaign targeting 1500 people will take approximately 30-40 days to complete.

Any soltions?

Most of the users we know reported slow warmups using that company, but eventually, they worked. Also, check for Lemlist and other AI services, which are good and faster.

Try using a second provider such as Smartlead or Gmass to speed things up. SMTP rotation (Mailazy, Mailgun) or using dedicated IP addresses can also help.

Keep using Instantly as it giving you good results, try to send also from multiple Gmail accounts and proxies to speed up the process,

initially, it was conversion optimization for e-commerce,but soon i realized that reach out over 100 employee companies too difficult or nearly impossible (my target was companies with 100k m/visitors)

companies with 10 employee is easy to reach out to, and i have reply rate 6% but they don’t need my service as it turned out

Web results indicate that some tools have a daily email sending limit of 1,500, but Instantly may have a similar or adjustable limit. Check if you can safely send more emails per day (e.g., 50-100 per day) without having delivery issues.
