How is it possible that items which are clearly replicas showing up on google shopping? They use the brand name, photos, keywords and everything.

Right setup, but it doesnt last more than few months, and its quite hard, but you can ask more precise questions, I know very well the gmc field :)

Because Cloaking exists and a lot of people cloak their ads.

That's what I was thinking but I thought they would have to put something generic up to pass google merchant review and if someone clicks the shopping ad it would bring them to the replica product. But what I'm seeing is that they have products displaying the replica item along with trademarked branding in the titles. So you are saying there is a way to cloak and have the picture and title of the replica product you are actually selling show up on google shopping?

So does whats being shown on google shopping match whats in Merchant Center?

Of course, stuff like gtin etc are called extractors from GMC internal side and all is evaluated to avoid any mismatch data that make you ban

Google Shopping can slip up with replicas due to imperfect enforcement, but you can report those listings to get them flagged and removed

It's possible they’re exploiting loopholes in Google’s policies or using loophole tactics to slip under the radar, but Google may not catch every violation instantly.

Hello! Could you provide someone who has accounts with cover-up to sell replica sneakers in Spain?
Regarding your question here are you in need of someone who need cloaking ads services to get your ads account approved rights, is that is your problem and you need it right away, the forum will help you or assist you

Hi I just posted a thread when I stumbled across your reply here.

I used a GMC for abou 2 years without issues which recently went down. It was an aged account that I had run a considerable amount of ads on.

Search and Display ads don't provide me the same resulst and shopping was king. I am keen to get mmy productst back on shopping if it's possible.

Do you have any advice?

For shopping in a sensitive vertical like replicas, the aged account itself is only one part of the equation.

The part people usually underestimate is how much the country setup, store history, merchant center quality, verification posture, and previous risk footprint all matter together. If the account looks old but everything around it still looks fragile, it usually doesn't stay clean for long.

With Spain in particular, I'd be looking at the whole structure, not just whether someone says they have an aged account.
