Looking for a new mobile proxy provider, open to recommendations

Hey there! No longer satisfied with my current proxies. I'm shopping around new mobile proxy providers, open to hearing recommendations give my needs.

Pricing: Ideally, I prefer to pay monthly per proxy, although I'm somewhat flexible here.
Location: USA, I should be able to choose specific cities.
Rotation: I should be able to rotate via API, and rotate as fast as every 2-3 minutes; many providers limit this to 5 minutes, this is too slow for my use.

Unfortunately, It's been hard to to find a provider in the "Proxies for sale" thread that satisfies all three of these requirements at a fair price. Looking forward to hearing any recommendations or insight.

You might want to check out AirProxy, ProxyGuys, or Soax. They offer fast rotation, API control, and USA city targeting. Pricing varies, but they have solid reputations. Hope that helps!

Most of these limit API/link rotations to 5 minutes or 10 minutes at fastest. Unfortunately, this is a little too slow for our use.

I've had good experiences with GridPanel, however the surplus fees they charge to 1) allow you to choose your own location, and 2) access rotation speeds faster than 5 minutes, make it difficult to justify.
