Yh why not it very easy I wz once in a group that they disabled copying and forwarding but I wz able to scrape information from there it actually very Easy to scrape it I spend most of my time working on things like that on telegram

If the administrator has disabled the recording feature, you cannot download directly, you can only take a screenshot and record the video.
