I use ipRoyal Residential proxy, with anti detect browsers like Dolphin and new profile, email, vcc etc.. the only thing i don't change is the laptop

No, MAC addresses are only visible on local networks so i don't think tiktok can see it

The problem could be related to your device. Stimulate different devices for fresh accounts.
