Ghosted on a Brand New Account?

I signed up and posted one video last night and it's still showing 0 views. I created the video entirely myself, shot all of my own content - nothing from other sources. Are they ghosting brand new accounts or something?

new accounts take a little while before their videos start getting traction, especially if the system is still reviewing them. It could just be a temporary delay. Stay patient and keep posting consistently—engagement tends to build up over time
