So I bought a Twitter account and whenver I go on my profile with another account it says
Caution: This profile may include potentially sensitive content
And it says the same thing on my posts.
Is there any way to fix this? I deleted anything that is sensitive.

Account labeled as nsfw. Is there any account label notice in Notifications tab? If yes, click on it and request a review once you have deleted everything sensitive
No it’s not, it’s permanent. Unfortunately I asked for a refund, I sent the seller the account back. And he didn’t refund me and blocked me. I’m sad

Sorry to hear that. If you have initiated the contact via BHW; you can open a Dispute resolution thread as the member above has stated.

Unfortunately it wasn’t on bhw. Thank u for the reply

It sounds like the account might still be flagged based on its history. You could try adjusting your settings and giving it some time, as sometimes these flags take a while to update.

I bought the blue tick X and deleted all sensitive topics and created a new topic what is the success rate

Even after removing any sensitive material, it's likely due to the account's previous activity or settings that are still active.

Check Your Media Settings
Go to Settings and Privacy > Privacy and Safety > Your Tweets.
Make sure “Mark media you Tweet as containing material that may be sensitive” is unchecked.

Wait for Twitter’s Re-evaluation
Sometimes, changes take a few days to reflect. Twitter may also review your profile automatically after some time if no new sensitive content is posted.

In most cases, the warning disappears within 7–14 days after corrective action, especially if the account no longer violates Twitter’s media policy.

If you’ve purchased the account, be aware that Twitter may associate its history with prior flags. Continued safe behavior and proper settings should gradually resolve the warning.

My label won't turn off, and I can't send a complaint either. I think the form needs some time to warm up before it appears, what do u think ?

Yeah, sometimes that complaint form takes a bit to show up especially on flagged accounts. Keep checking daily, and in the meantime, avoid posting anything borderline. It usually opens up after a week or so if the system sees clean activity.
