How to manage finances after LLC Registration?

How do you manage your finances of your LLC to file reports with IRS? I have newly registered LLC and recently got an EIN number.
just track everything you spend and everything you make via your business account in a simple spreadsheet (date, description, credit/debit, amount, ref number) and then make sure they match ahead of tax time. Take a snap shot of your bank balance on the annual end of month for the end of year accounts.
Hand the lot over to your accountants. Have one less thing to worry about and get back to work! :)

For my LLC, Wave is what I used for free accounting software, then I filled out schedule C tax form at end of year in Usa and filed.

When it comes to bookkeeping, tools like QuickBooks or Xero make life simple. They sync with your bank accounts, automatically categorize transactions, and keep everything organized.

Personally, I always hire a freelancer to handle bookkeeping for my businesses. You can find skilled professionals for as little as $5–$6 per hour, making it an insanely good investment. Many of them also take care of filing and compliance, so you don’t have to stress about paperwork or deadlines.

If you're a non-US resident alien, the bookkeeping process is even easier. You don’t need to keep every single receipt, but it’s smart to maintain some documentation that proves your company’s income is not sourced from the US. If your business generates revenue within the US, you may be subject to US taxes, so keeping your records straight is essential.

Outsource what you can, keep your financials clean, and focus on growing your business!

Maintaining simplicity and organization is the best approach to handle your LLC's money and keep up with IRS filings. To avoid combining your personal and business funds, start by opening a business bank account. For hassle-free tracking of income and expenses, use an accounting program such as QuickBooks or Xero, or even hire a bookkeeper. I promise you that it will save you headaches later if you always keep records and save receipts. To avoid being caught off guard, set aside between 25–30% of your profits for taxes. Above all, avoid penalties by staying ahead of IRS deadlines. Maintaining organization now will facilitate tax season and position your company for sustained success.

Out of topic:

How much did it cost for you?

For Etsy I have to open one! since my country is not supported by it

How much of the income is cut by the US tax(in minimum case scenario) and dose having an LLC for using in in Etsy or Amazon FBA worth it?

Just find an accountant, it's not worth the headache doing it yourself

I have LLC too, i hired accountant from Fiverr, he did everything and reported to IRS just for $60 . That's it.

Keep clear records, separate business & personal finances, track income/expenses, pay estimated taxes, and file annual IRS reports on time.

It's great bro!

would you please let me know the total cost?
I mean the fee of accountant and the price of everything related to your LLC combined

Can you use it to open a Stripe or PP payment gateway for your website?
If you can, is there any difference between their service fee compared to when you register on them using your personal ID?
