Recently bought a ebay stealth account and still on warming up account stage. As I have been already told I need to be very careful on the beginning with selling etc therfore it takes time for account to be fully working and safe in Ebays eyes. using proxy for cookies etc

any advice and tricks for the beginner here ? thank you

Don’t try to sell high value or high risk item.
Also try and open some stealth accounts now in case you need them at a later date.
