Gold account avoid shadowban

i got a gold check twitter account and i made around 10 replies with it in the span of a minute which ive seen many other gold tick accounts do so i thought it would be fine but i got a notification that they added a temporary label to the account which may impact its reach which im guessing means its shadowbanned, apparently its only temporary so its fine but how do i avoid this happening in the future?

Are you using mobile proxies, VPNs, anti-detection browser, that sort of thing?

You need to warm the account for few days. I say do some post or retweets for 5 days straight.
