Dude, There is no such main smm panel who owns all services and own system for all Social media platforms, it all works on sharing of services For an example:
if there are 2 providers one has services For Fb Followers and another has services for Ig Followers just they exchange between them and with this system it makes a network and combines each other's services they sell services for multiple platforms. Don't find a Main SMM Panel Just find panel which is able to complete your requirment and must have good support to solve issues

It depends on which social media platform you're looking for. Generally, all major providers have private clubs for top resellers, where access requires paying fees and maintaining a percentage of sales.
I agree with SMMFlare—it's rare to find these providers because they already generate enough sales from resellers and have little interest in attracting new clients.

Regarding the JAP - I won't say they accept all provider around, many of them are just duplicate or simple scammers/tourist for short term.

Major panels like JAP can just force providers to pay monthly after.
When services arent working, they shouldnt pay.
But many times they let customers take the damage. Not sure why
