Any suggestion abuot wallpaper website?

I created a new wallpaper website with wordpress a few day ago, the image ware craped from another website, I modified the title, desc, tags etc.
Today, I searched "site:xx.com" on googe, and found google indexed 300+ pages already.
But the funny thing is most of the pages are tag pages, google doesn't index post page.
From my experience, I think maybe google consider it's low Quality Content．

Here are my questions:

1.Google Algorithm is very powerful now, what's the good SEO strategy for wallpaper/image type website?
2.I want to install a wordpress plugin, when I publish a post, it will auto publish on facebook, Instagram... social media, Is it good for my website SEO? or google will consider it as spam?

Any suggestions? thx.

Yeah Google is more concern about the quality so make it like a new design or create it in your own design and you can share it any social platforms without any hesitations because you need some promotions and reference so you must share it social media

Maybe you are right,
Google deindexed some of my webpage, now the indexed pages are 60+.

I'm still getting some traffic from Bing.com.
Right now, I'm keeping the site updated to see if I can get enough visitors from search engines other than Google. Let's see how it goes!

Yeah, Google’s picky now. Maybe try adding some real content, not just images.
Auto-posting to socials is okay, just don’t spam too much.
