I've come across some tweets that play videos but when you click on the video it navigates to a website that continues playing the video on top of the screen and below it shows content of the website , does anyone know how to do this ? Also most of these posts are nsfw so i don't know if you could promote in that format .

No need. Just go to ads.x.com , add fake details and get a fake card from here https://namso-gen.com/?tab=basic&network=random (not affiliated), once twitter declines the card, the Ad Composer should unlock. You won't pay for anything, you'll just use it to publish posts

You can post anything but not all video resolutions are allowed. What do you mean ad category?
Just do this once composer is unlocked

I've seen those specifically on adult niches. Some videos even span 2 hours and continues to play on the top half section of the phone's screen like you described. Not sure how they go about it, but my particular example lasted 2 weeks before going down, at least I assume (I checked it today when I saw this and it's just gone.)

Do you have access to ads.x.com ?
Composer: https://ads.x.com/composer/[YOUR-ID]/carousel
Replace '[YOUR-ID]' with your account ID. If you go here: https://ads.twitter.com/ - you'll see an ID in URL, something like: 12ce18iplfo - copy that and paste in there.
The easiest way is to just click on the 'Tweet Composer' in the menu.

To make your videos clickable on X (Twitter), you’ll need to use X Ads with a Video Website Card. It only allows me to upload 2 minutes and 20 seconds long videos. How do I upload long videos more than that? I have seen some people upload more than 30 minutes videos. Does anyone know how to do this? Thanks

First upload video to Library/Studio and then select that video in Composer.

Thanks for the update. But it doesn't let me select the video longer than 2 minutes. Below 2 minutes is working fine.
