I done numbers out on dividends, if you throw your 30k at safe as can be but still have a chance to grow over the ten, twenty years,
If you have $62k invested in the safest way possible, you'll earn about $300 a year from saving your cash, you'll pay your electricity, gas, internet, phone and travel bills out of the earnings of that 62k...
Keep adding to it and the $300 or so a year remaining keeps growing.
Only a matter of time before you're being paid to live.

I have not personally looked into it... Just an idea I've had in the past....
But I'd probably buy 10 aged domains, get them listed on Google news, then offer people to buy links for $1k ... Obviously you'd have to go after tougher niches like crypto, casino, saas, expensive luxury real estate or luxury watches etc.

I dont have experience with investing as i am a content markater using organic strategy but i would adivise you to study very well the field that you plan to invest as a lot of people lose good money as they act without thinking or been scamed
For exmaple if you choose to invest into paid traffic with affiliate marketing i would inbest first just 1k to test and learn the process and if i found a wining campain then i would invest more money .Good luck

Most of the time, the best thing you can invest in is yourself. Invest in leveling up in some way or start a project that would help you level up. If you have your sights on SEO, build and rank a site in a good niche. You will improve your skills with trial and error and if you are successful, it can become a good source of income. And with that experience you can start reinvesting and repeating the process and expanding.
If you are going to invest into starting some kind of online business, it might not be a good idea to pour the full 30K into one single project. If you start 3 projects with about 10K each, the chances of losing everything would be lower.
