Hi everyone, I work with a company that only pays in crypto, but I have never used them and I don't know how to do it. I'm starting from ZERO!
Can you help me? My intent is to receive crypto and transfer that money to my local bank account.I need a guide to help me with this, I can't find much online.
Thanks!

If you plan on receiving crypto and instantly swap it, then any exchange is good. Create a Binance, Coinbase or Gemini account and give your crypto deposit address to the employer.

You can register on binance which is a really popular crypto exchange, you will need to complete kyc.

Then you can receive crypto, sell it for your local currency, connect your bank and withdraw.

Thanks, since crypto is very volatile, do I have to convert the money immediately as soon as I receive it so as not to lose money? I would not like to receive 1000 euros in crypto that the next day are worth 800, I would not like to lose money!

No you can ask your client to pay with stable coins like usdt for example, it keeps the same price as usd so you don't need to worry about volatility. 1 usd = 1usdt (crypto version of usd haha)

I'm not interested in crypto, I only want to receive money, but that's company pay only via crypto :/

It depends on your location. If you're in Europe or North America, I recommend using Coinbase. If you're in Asia, HTX is likely a great option, they work like a wallet and exchange platform as well.

Coinbase support EUROC? I'm reading that you can receive crypto at the same value of EUROS

yes go to markets and search "eur" you should find a pair that says usdt/eur and then sell the usdt for eur and withdraw from spot wallet

That won't happen. 1000$ in crypto STABLECOINS are still 1000$ so no worries.

Thank you guys for the help, I opened Binance account and send my USDT wallet to the partner.
After this I will connect my bank account and withdraw in EUR.

This method it's simple, easy and seems with very very low fees compared to wire, payoneer, paypal etc.
Long life to crypto LOL

For an off-ramp from crypto to fiat you’d need to go through the available options of CEXs in your country, good examples of CEXs are Binance, Kraken or Coinbase - all three are well known and pretty straightforward to use.

For a hot wallet to receive payments in you could look into either Exodus or Trustwallet, both of them are able to receive pretty much any cryptocurrency out there - you could additionally receive payments directly into your exchange deposit wallet.
