Need suggestion if anyone knows a tool where I can input profile links of the ppl I want to get alert everytime they tweet, reply etc...

Paid app is ok for me but ofc free ones are preferred.

you can hire someone to make a custom bot that will check for every time they make a new tweet /reply and get alert through telegram
free apps are usually limited and they dont alert after a certain number of links

I've not used these tools,
I searched & found several free Twitter alert tools, including Talkwalker, Twitonomy, and Topsy.

I think you'll have to build your own one. When Twitter changed API pricing structure, most of the free tools died.

You could also check unofficial apis on RapidAPI or so, and build one using their solution.
Another way could be selenium/puppeteer, by just refreshing x.com/[username]/with_replies every few seconds and get latest Posts/replies
